Join Arcata Main Street for the Annual Trick or Treat On & Around the Arcata Plaza, Saturday, October 31st from 4-6 pm. Bring ghosts, goblins and ghouls to the Arcata Plaza for a safe and neighborly trick or treat experience. Downtown merchants will be providing treats.

Join the parade of lions, tigers and bears (oh my!) around the Arcata Plaza beginning at 5 p.m. This will give the children a chance to show off their costumes. At the close of the parade, participants are invited to indulge in a sweet treat on the Plaza's center sponsored by Arcata Main Street and Safeway.

All participants are invited to join our Halloween Costume Contest. Winners in four categories (0-2 years, 3-4 years, 5-8 years, and 9-12 years) will get great prizes from downtown merchants. An exciting and safe time for all members of the family!

Come down to the square in costume and help us infuse the downtown with the Halloween spirit. Everyone is welcome.
